Will eating more calcium-rich food or taking calcium supplements help my fat loss?

There is probably no direct relationship but some research hints at an indirect relationship. The main reason calcium is being linked with fat loss is that it is commonly low in diets.  Therefore, by increasing calcium intake to proper levels, the body may perform all functions better.
